The exhibition marks the first showing of artist, musician and poet Patti Smith’s visual art in Canada. Featuring more than 75 works of photography, in addition to objects and film, the show runs now to May 19, 2013. Capturing people, places and objects significant to the artist, from Walt Whitman’s tomb to her children, these intimate black and white photographs highlight Smith’s interest in poetry and literature.
