Toronto Wing Festival 2013

Summer is here, or so we insist. A sell-out event in 2012 [and this year too, apparently], the Toronto Wing Festival is back for it's second year with a larger line-up and a hilarious take on who will be crowned "Toronto's Best Wing". Hosted at 99 Sudbury, their first batch of tickets, released today, sold out within HOURS of their release. So, we're giving you a heads-up if you want access to wing-heaven. Add yourself to their Facebook Page to get divvies, or join their mailing list. It seems to be the only way in.

Besides the promise of wings from 10 contestants, the event will feature artists Maoláin and Gavin Slate while guests wolf down varieties of dry, smoked, rubbed, cured, fired, baked and sauced delights.

We find it silly to come up with reasons to attend a wing fest, so we'll leave this article as it stands. It is pretty obvious how awesome this idea is. Keep a look out for our announcement when more ticket batches become available, and may the odds be in your favor for scoring tickets.
